Sacher, of the law firm of Sacher, Zelman, Hartman, Paul, Beiley & Sacher, P.A., recently served as the co-moderator at the Broker/Dealer Roundtable hosted in Miami by the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA) and KPMG. The event was also co-moderated by Sven Stumbauer, Director, Forensic, KPMG LLP.

The roundtable primarily focused on foreign finders, recent enforcement actions, and related internal compliance and regulatory procedures that are impacting local and international Broker/Dealers.
